Failed Solar Installation. Project canceled by IESO because of missed Deadline.
After choosing Brightworks energy as a general contractor for our MicroFit program this "company" managed to miss final deadline and now I have 30K worth of anchor on my roof... forget about 65k profits... My MicroFit project was APPROVED by IESO and the only one thing was missing to install all the equipment, get it all connected, get it inspected and...... do it ON TIME..... The project had to be finished in 6 month not day more, you miss 1 day and bye bye project.... Brightworks as bright as it is was waiting for 5 !!!! full months to start IESO approved project and ....Get this.... They sent their electrician on the LAST DAY (seriously, not kidding, last deadline day) to connect the system to the grid.... Of course, the deadline was missed and now it is not fixable situation... Brightworks is blaming everybody, especially EnWin (local power distribution company in Windsor ON)... They simply don't get that EnWin couldn't process paperwork and get all approvals in remaining few hours after electrician finished connection on LAST deadline day. They asked me to contact EnWin and IESO and talk to them as a customer.... this was very shady.... I did call and did try, but there was no way to turn back time ..... Now I am hiring a lawyer and taking this bright business to court. PS. I will take this review down ONLY IF Judge tells me, so you stay with it until then, and you can pass this to your lawyers again. Also I will make sure MANY people know about your business practices . Next in line is BBB, Yelp.... get ready to be very popular....
