We had a lot of rot from a slow water leak and improper builder construction. Manalco discovered the underlying issues and proposed a plan and quote to fix the problem. We are extremely pleased with the final result and the professionalism of Larry, Kevin, Mike and the rest of the crew. We love our new balcony and railings!
