The shared garage for our 4-unit townhouse building was being metered separately and we were tired of paying $70 a month of admin fees for $2 a month of power usage. Our request to those who quoted on this project was therefore pretty open ended. How can we cost-effectively unmeter the garage and supply the small amount of power needed either from one of the 4 units, or from an independent solar system? We posed the problem to three electricians. two of them gave essentially the same standard solution for about the same price, and Electrifying Dutchman (DJ) came up with something $1000 cheaper, that didn't require us to trench, and that still met all the needs of the required City electrical inspection. We appreciated DJ's responsiveness and attention to our needs, and his willingness to try something a little unorthodox that met our needs better. The inspector said his work was professional and met all the requirements. DJ was certainly a nice person and easy to deal with. We'd hire him again.

Thanks Fiona! What an interesting job. It definitely had me thinking of new ways to try and come up with cost effective solutions! I appreciated your insight and giving me the opportunity to do something a little outside the box of how I would typically do it. I look forward to working for you again in the future!

Cristian was great to work with. He showed up on time for the quote and to pick up the keys, was organized and did a great job for a good price. They went above and beyond by moving the washer-dryer over in order to paint behind and beside it (I had told them it wasn't necessary). Cris also called to let me know that the light covers were removed from painting underneath them so that I didn't enter in the dark, feel for the light switch and get electrocuted. It's not something I'd have thought of, so his thoughtful warning was appreciated! Overall, good quality job, competitive pricing, and excellent service. Thanks OneCallOnly!

I think these guys did a great job from quote to install and I'd definitely recommend them. My only hesitation is that they seemed a little too busy which resulted in me having to follow up a few times about quote revisions, drawing revisions, questions, installation confirmation, etc. I appreciated their professionalism during the quoting process. I had received four quotes before choosing Go Green and I found two of the four other vendors fairly unprofessional in their unfounded bashing of their competition. That kind of behavior doesn't really inspire trust, and I feel you have to have some trust when it comes to something as expensive as windows. I'd like to see more female sales reps in the window industry in general (none of the quoting companies had female reps). Go Green gave me a competitive price and the quality seems good so far. I ended up doing a full frame replacement (the more expensive but thorough option) but I appreciate that Go Green was able to do either and discussed both options fully with me without pressure. The installers were great - very polite and tidy young fellas. It seemed that one had worked with GoGreen for 9 years and the other 2 - both a good long time - which probably speaks well of the installation quality and also Go Green as an employer.
