I had my eavestrough and roof replaced a couple of years ago. A section of the facing fell off. When requesting the installers return to fix the damage, they could not understand that i wanted to be home while they did the repair. they are not responsive to requests of the customer and the customer's schedules. They seem to make it a priority that the installer lives at the other end of the city rather than focusing on when the customer is available.
