I used Hercules Moving Company last March 2019. I forgot to add feedback as I got busy unpacking. Just recommended Hercules to another friend. I was impressed with their punctuality and complete professionalism and respect given to the customer. I couldn't believe how quickly they worked and it is clear they only use experienced workers. There were so many stairs in the new townhouse I moved to and they worked tirelessly to get everything moved on schedule. Great work to the team at Hercules. Michael and his team most recently installed blinds in a condo unit for my client. The previous blinds installed by the builder fell off the ceiling and had to be replaced although it is a newer condo that was less than two years old. Michael measured and recommended the appropriate blinds and proper installation method to provide a safe and well secured blinds. The new townhouse was entirely dusty all over from the construction. Bill and his team brought all his own supplies and equipment. Very friendly and punctual...that started our day off very well. I had many errands to do since it was so close to moving day and he told me he would call me when he was almost finished. When I returned, the whole place was dust free including all the cabinets as requested. I was also surprised how good the carpets looked...I noticed Bill had a heavy duty vacuum. I am very satisfied with their cleaning service and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for professionals at a very reasonable price.

My washing machine is 5 yrs old and water drain pump stopped working. Called a few companies for quotes and service. After talking with Edward, I could tell he is a very reasonable and professional guy. He came on time and never made any excuses to charge more even though it took longer than expected to repair since it's a stacked washer/dryer and closet doors had to be removed. I gave him a big tip because he made sure the work was done properly and was so helpful. Big thanks to helping in a stressful situation. Another repairman came two weeks before and it broke down...Edward replaced part with new one out of the box. Really appreciate the great customer service and best prices!!!
