We are thrilled with our new kitchen from Rockwood Kitchens. Desirae at the Newmarket showroom was amazing to work with. Her design was well thought out and suited our needs perfectly. Desirae was extremely patient as we changed our minds on the different aspects of the design. She was always very responsive to our questions or making changes by email. We felt confident in her advice and the result is excellent. The Rockwood Kitchen installation was completed on-time and as promised. The attention to detail by our installer was professional and you could tell he took pride in his workmanship. In fact, there was some minor damage to one of the tall cabinets, something that we may not have noticed ourselves but immediately he called the warehouse and had another cabinet shipped out to replace it. The post-installation follow-up was superb. We encountered a colour match issue with one small section of our quartz countertop and Rockwood did not hesitate to replace it. Amazing staff and truly a pleasure to work with, from the initial design to the post-installation customer service. Karl & Kathy Stouffville

Bill and his crew were professional, courteous and very efficient. A "10" rating isn't high enough in my opinion for their workmanship - it was truly a joy to see the end result. From the moment I received my quote, a very detailed and meticulous quote right, e.g. included the name of the 30 year old he was going to use to replace older brick, I knew I was dealing with someone who takes his business very serious. The crew took their time in preparing the site and protecting my driveway, AC unit, pool equipment etc. before starting the work and at the end of the day you could not tell that they were even here. The last thing that really impressed me was the fact that they secured my gate lock (I have a pool) when they left. I would highly recommend Bill and his crew to anyone looking for professional brick work. Karl Stouffville

It was a pleasure dealing with Richard from start to finish. Richard was extremely responsive to all of my questions and provided options for new garage doors for my investment property.
