Conner & Associates completed a large main floor project and we are very happy with the outcome. Mr. Conner and his team took the time to discuss each step, answer numerous questions, and came up with suggestions that worked. They provided various design ideas throughout the renovations, which we definitely appreciated. The project did take longer than originally planned for, however it was a tough go at times dealing with supply shortages and only being able to shop online for fixtures, tile, etc. due to Covid. The delay was understandable and we waded through it with the team’s help. Their experience in the industry shines through and we are grateful to have the “old” out and the “new” in, all done with the professionalism and skill from Conner & Associates. We have hired this company before and will not hesitate to do so again. Thanks for the great work and going above and beyond!

Called on Conner & Associates for a 2nd time and we were again happy with their work. They completed this job for my elderly mother by working around her schedule for timing of the job (within 2 week period as she had to temporarily stay elsewhere due to this being her only bathroom) and asked many questions/involved her to ensure the bathroom would be how she wanted it, including the placement of various items, grab bars, etc. Bathroom went from old shower/tub combo to shower only, taking into account some of the required handicap features. We also went with some of their design ideas which worked out well and showed their knowledge/renovation experience.

I am pleased with the work that was completed by Conner & Associates. My elderly parents had many issues with respect to water damage/moisture/mould in their basement. Roy of Conner & Associates was very helpful and accommodating as he took the time to answer many questions, kept me informed as to the status of the job and worked around my parents schedule. Demolition of the main den room right to the cement walls/exposed ceiling was completed quickly and clean-up was done in a timely manner. A large dehumidifier and air blower were brought in for a number of days as well in order to help dry out the basement, and mould control product applied. A basement waterproofing company was then hired (from Homestars) to replace the weeping tile/solve the foundation issues on the outside of the home. I would have no problem recommending Conner & Associates and look forward to continuing our basement renovation with them in the spring once the outside work has settled.

The waterproofing job (2 sides of the house and install of a sump pump) was completed quickly and clean-up was done in a timely manner. Very professional and one can tell that he/they care about the work they do and their clientele. I would have no problem recommending Act Fast.
