Congratulations to Avenue Road Roofing and Masonry for once again proving why they have an outstanding reputation. I thank them for their prompt response to an unusual problem. A man claiming to be a mason recently approached me and declared that my chimney cap was cracked and had a 4” hole at the back that needed immediate attention. He claimed to have seen it while working on a neighbor’s house. He even offered to climb a ladder and take pictures. I declined but realized that I had to verify whether his claim was true. My chimney was just rebuilt with a new cap by Avenue Road Masonry last fall. Joe came within 24 hours, set up his ladder in the snow bank and took photos at both ends of the house. There was no evidence whatsoever of any damage. There was also no charge because Avenue Road Roofing and Masonry guarantee their work. I have used Avenue Road Roofing on two homes over the past 25 years and their service is very consistent and reliable. The jobs have been to remedy problems left by other roofing & masonry companies who have not been quite as professional.
