I called 5 Star's for my cleaning my newly bought bungalow post renovation on November 24, 2018. On the phone they are nice and courteous and give you all the reassurance of quality work as they have been in business for over 20 years. When they come and do the work it is a different story, they make sure they take longer than required but just do a shabby job, I called the office afterwards Lisa and the husband to raise my concerns and since they had taken my credit card details before booking and they can charge you , they talk to you any how , infact in a very very rude manner and say some words to you you wonder if these are the nice people ypu spoke to earlier before the contract., My word of advice to any one is dont trust them , they do not work for you, all they care about is the money which they make sure they get your credit card details before they come out and do your work, their cleaning makes your house more dirty than before,...............Never again 5 Stars
