We had water damage to our home and this emergency team came over and took out a device to check all areas of the house to see if there was water damage that wasn't visible to the eye. He was very thorough and checked everywhere! Then they helped us pack everything into boxes and they were very careful with our fragile items, wrapping them up with bubble wrap, etc. Then they had some big dehumidifiers blow the house for like 2-3 days. After all the construction was completed, they came back to put back everything in its place and did a overall thorough cleanup. This team was very efficient and worked diligently. The only complaint I have is that some things went missing (i.e. door curtains and screws to put back ikea lack shelves) but then the company told us just to go out and purchase the items again and they'll deduct it from what we owe them.

We were deciding between two different companies for our granite countertops. Both were referred by someone. Finally we went with Han fen because it was less troublesome since this company was referred to us by our contractors. They were actually quite fast and efficient. We picked what we wanted on Tuesday and he was able to come and install everything on Friday. We also liked the fact that he was able to make one big piece of granite for our "L" shaped top instead of putting 2 smaller pieces together. We only have two complaints...one is that you need to haggle the price because when we went to the store and spoke to the saleslady she told the price was 4000 but when we met the guy at our house with my contractor he was able to give us the price of 2500. Second is that you can see the line where they glue the bottom granite to make it thicker at the edge. We've only been using it for 2 months but so far we've happy with the quality.

We got a whole new set of kitchen cabinets and we are very satisfied with this company. His price is relatively cheaper than others as this company is just starting up. We got a lot of upgrades like soft closing hinges and drawers for a good discount. He finished all of our cabinets in 4-5 weeks (which is fast as the others we asked said about 6-8 weeks). He had a good variety of laminate doors to choose from as well. All my friends who see the cabinets say it's very nicely done. The only complaint I would say is that he isn't very fluent in English as we mostly spoke in Cantonese and Mandarin.

We had been using a water system that we bought online for a couple of years and then we had some water damage to our home so we decided to get a new system. The sales at Aqua were very professional and explained very explicitly the different options we had. I love the new system because is takes up much less space than our previous one although it is more expensive. The installation guy was also very fast and efficient and he came the day after we purchased it.
