Daniel and his assistant came out to the house, on time. I walked them through the several issues I had (stuck latches, spinning knobs, needing dead bolts put into doors) and he quickly determined what needed to be done. Daniel was upfront about pricing and time it would take to complete. He had to run out and get some parts, was back promptly, got straight to work, and finished the job in a very satisfactory manor very quickly. Daniel was very pleasant to deal with and gets a high recommendation.

SO grateful that I found these reviews that sent me to A-1 locksmith and Thomas. I could not be happier. Thomas was professional and very agreeable to work with, and was finished with the work I needed from him within a matter of hours from when I first called! He told me exactly when he would meet me (no time window), showed up a few minutes early, quickly assessed what I needed, and got right to work of rekeying several locks in my apartment building. I'm so relieved to have that chore off my to-do list and I know I'll be calling A-1 locksmith for my residential locksmith needs in the future! Thank you!

I needed locks re-keyed same day and I.D.N Locksmith was able to come out right away, Chris definitely knows whah he is doing, very experienced nice guy. Thanks for the help re-keying my locks.
