Computer purchase and later repai
Purchased a used cell phone from 6tech. Had it up and running in 1/2. Saved my informatiin on the phone and transferred it to a reasonably priced phone. He was very careful in asking questions to determine the best phone for me. A problem with the phone occurred within 2 weeks of having it and Henry replaced it after having given me a 30 day warranty. Also purchased a used Mac and I didn't follow instructions and advice from Henry. Downloaded and got a virus or two. Computer would not even turn on. Henry had my computer up and uniting AND protected (somehow I bypassed virus protectiin) and happily have not had one moments problem since. The computer is homework for family as well as family finances and exploring. All function perfectly.
