Our 3 year old TV broke down in Oct 26th of 2011 and is still not repaired to date Dec 4th 2011. Many calls have been made to the repair service , Trans Global, and the Brick. No one knows what circuit board it is , do not know what part to order and not one of these company's can be bothered to return calls or keep us informed about what is happening with the part that has stopped working. We were lead to believe that to pay for the extra warranty we would have the enjoyment of our TV for a good many years. Not true. This has been a very disappointing ordeal. Right now I would never purchase a warranty from Trans Global again. The Brick has not held up their good name either as they promote Trans Global , and the repair man seems at a loss to know what is wrong with the TV. This is poor ,no its DISGRACEFUL SERVICE if that is what they want to call it. Fix or Replace this problem is what the warranty reads , well they have not fixed it.......and it is not replaced either. Buyers beware...it was a lot of money for a service you may not receive. - You are so far removed from the people you say you are here to help. Talk to people, do call backs, fix or replace as your warranty suggests..You should be working for the consumer as you charged them for your service.

- At this point only to be very careful when spending good money on what I now consider a bad investment. This company has not held up its end of the contract as far as I am concerned. Be very careful
