Last year 2017, We were looking to replace all windows in our 23 years old home and chose Golden windows, a reputable company referred to us by our friends in Waterloo. We dealt with Patricia, the sales representative who is very knowledgeable and accommodating, making the selection of window styles so easy for us. We got a quote but did not proceed with the project until August of this year due to our busy schedule. We wanted to split the project into 2 phases. Even after a year, Patricia still have our file and immediately arranged for the installer to come to our house for final measurements. The new windows were delivered and installed within 6 weeks as scheduled, professionally done by Peter and his team, with full clean up. Golden windows even look after sending the application for the greenON rebate program on our behalf, following up closely which helped expedite the process, and we have received the rebate cheque. Thank you Amanda. We have requested Patricia to proceed with phase2 of this project which includes replacement of our front and back door, and can't wait to see it completed in spring. We are happy with the professional work, pleasant staff, reasonable price and would recommend Golden windows to friends and family.
