WestCoast doors assessed our building for safety standards related to doors. They were very thorough and professional and this assessment was free of charge, another bonus. We will be replacing one door and this will be costing around $1000, including labor. These are very competitive rates.
The boiler in our building got replaced about 4 years ago and since then it has been being serviced on a somewhat regular basis and still there is no heating in the hallways of the building. I guess there is something wrong with the way the "old system" and "new system" are communicating. Anyhow, since the replacement we have spent more money on servicing the new boiler than had been spent the previous decade with the old boiler. Latham did offer the most competitive rate and they are very professional but this ongoing servicing leaves me quite dissatisfied.
