I had a very positive experience with this company. We called and I dealt with Dan to help with our broken tankless water heater - a job considered urgent even under pandemic conditions. He was experienced and knowledgeable about the brand and the problem we were having and came over later that day. Unfortunately, ultimately, the problem was not worth fixing and he recommended replacing it. We happened to need a new air central conditioning unit as well so we canvassed Dan for our options. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we asked several questions over the next couple of days before making a decision. The team arrived on time to do the work and the workers were courteous and efficient. They were respectful of our space and cleaned up very well afterwards. The water heater has worked nicely since then and of course with a 1-year parts & labour warranty, we are pleased that we will have a full season to see that the air conditioning is working as well. I would highly recommend Dan and his company for HVAC needs.

I found hiring Nimi to replace my home and garage roof to be a very positive experience. We had a hard time with even getting some companies to call us back this year since everyone seemed so busy after the ice storm in April. He was great at communicating on the phone and email and was pleasant to meet with in person to discuss the quote and plans for the work.
