On the recommendation of a friend we contracted Vigor mechanical last spring for the installs of two new furnaces and A/C for the upper level. We had three estimates, one company had a sales person involved and was 2000.00 more for the same package! The estimator from Vigor ( forgot his name) was honest and professional, as were the other men on the job site. I would highly recommend this company, very satisfied with their work.

I called Drain pro on Dec 9 as I had water from my washer on laundry room floor. They advised it's a 50.00 service fee. They arrived assessed the problem. They estimate the worst possible scenario, said they may have to snake the entire system. The estimate was 339.00! I was vulnerable and wanted the problem rectified. It took him half an hour, snaked the line left, and the water was still backing up, when i went to do laundry. He came back the next morning, discovered it was an air lock from tape that we had on to hold the hose in place to drain the water from the machine. We had this tape on there and he replaced it. He wasn't aware obviously it could cause an air lock! Like the other person mentioned I find his business practices unethical and will not use them again!
