I had 3 separate leaks in my old townhome I moved into last year that I couldn't hold off on any longer, the toilet being the final straw, so I went on a search for a plumber. After calling friends to no avail, I Googled & Craigslisted my way to Miller, and left a VM late Sat night. I liked that Adam was a local owner/operator and quoted upfront by project, not by hour. Adam called me back the next morning (on a long weekend no less), came by Monday after work and fixed everything. The service was professional, honest, friendly, efficient, fairly priced and educational (pipe dope, hehe...). I'm happy with my decision and would recommend Adam to anyone, just tell him Victor sent you!

I had my back slider door replaced, as well as having a window removed and replaced with a much larger garden window. These guys were professional and FAST. It was done in a day, and it looks great. They even custom stained some trim to match the rest of the trim in the room. Total pros. Now fast forward 6 years....the latch on the sliding door broke. No big, its wear and tear. So I called R&M to see if I could purchase a replacement part, or to ask where I might be able to get one if they didn't have it.

When my husband and I were moving to our new apartment, we rented a big U-Haul truck. The whole process of getting a truck was not an easy task because it took us a week to get the rental truck in the size that we needed and, when we got it, we had to postpone the move for one more day because there was a problem with paperwork. Nevertheless, the truck that we rented was spacious, and it took us two trips to move all our belongings. Renting a truck from U-Haul wasn't cheap since we went for the biggest one we could get, but since we saved a lot of time and avoided back-and-forth car trips, it was worth it.

As soon as I discovered this place, I realized I'd never have to go to Home Depot again! They have pretty much everything you need - just a little of everything. The people there are friendly, they know what they're talking about and they'll actually help you find things or figure out a project.

I picked up my coat a few days later. The coat was cleaner, but unfortunately, the drycleaning machine ripped off a hanger chain detail near the tag of the coat. Two frayed red threads were left where the delicate chain had been. I didn't even notice until I got the coat home.
