Muchas Gracias to Ronaldo, Augusto and Jose, A&A Masonry's all-star Latin American crew. They were punctual, efficient, professional, industrious, and just plain nice. They did an excellent job of replacing (and matching) some badly damaged bricks on my 100+ year old house. They tuck pointed and patched where needed, and re-cemented a seriously eroded basement window sill. They were attentive to my requests, patient with my questions, polite, respectful, and never patronizing. They rendered quality work in a timely fashion, and left the property as clean as they had found it, minus some mortar dust that should be gone with the next rain. I don't have a bad thing to say about any of them or their work and would definitely hire or recommended these guys in the future.

These day when I have heard so many horror stories from people who have been ripped off or even terrorized by movers, I am so happy I linked up with Peter for my recent move from condo to house. He and his co-worker arrived right on time, after calling to let me know exactly when they would pull up. They had the truck loaded up within the hour and all my stuff moved and unloaded an hour later. They were congenial, professional, fast and honest. No payment or down payment was asked for until the job was completed and deemed satisfactory. Nothing was broken or damaged, at either end. All this for a low flat rate!I hope not to be moving anywhere any time soon, but if I do I will certainly use Payless Moving again. Meanwhile I highly recommend them to any one who needs anything moved.

Just had all my eavestoughs and downspouts replaced by Royal Crown Aluminum. The service was prompt, friendly and more than satisfactory. Tom, the estimator, was charming, knowledgeable, and very skillful in mapping out the rerouting of drainage pipes and in suggesting the perfect colour. Edi, Dorian and Andre were equally competent at completing the work in a timely and professional manner. Edi in particular went out of his way to explain everything they were doing, and why, informing me of any issues or concerns he had in dealing with my 100 year old house. But never did he press me to do extra work (at extra expensive) that he didn't feel was truly necessary. Everyone I dealt with, including office workers Ashley and Krista, was gracious and made me feel that they genuinely appreciated my business. Considering that most other companies I phoned never even returned my calls, I appreciate the appreciation.
