We can't recommend Scott enough! Fast, friendly, and extremely professional, Scott went far beyond what we expected, giving our place the total makeover we wanted. We weren't sure of a colour scheme and Scott's suggestions gave us walls (and a fireplace) that we keep staring at and thinking "Wow!" Not only is he a great painter, he's a joy to have around and adds a great energy to the home as he paints... Trust Scott to do an amazing job that won't break the bank. Thanks for your response. I must correct you however that there is ABSOLUTELY NO misunderstanding here. The recommendation we received from another company was for a CHIMNEY liner, not a water heater liner, following a second inspection of our CHIMNEY, into which our water heater exhausts. In fact, the second inspection showed that our chimney already has a liner, does not need a new one, and is functioning completely according to safety standards. It needs zero service. However, your inspection said it did not have a liner and needed $4500 in repairs. How you feel that is not a scam I'm not sure. I completely understand your frustration in receiving a poor review but I'm afraid this site is for customers who have been treated poorly to share those experiences. I appreciate your offer of a free visit but I think at this point we're more interested in dealing with another company when the time comes for our chimney to actually need work.
