This is the 2nd time we have had Peter reseal the travertine in our kitchen. It looks great. He is very particular and follows up on your satisfaction with his work. He arrives when he says he will and completes the job in the time he specifies. I would highly recommend his work.

I hired Peter in August 2019 to complete a reupholstery project which included a large sectional, an armchair/ottoman and bar stools. When I finally received the sofa and armchair back, the cushions on the sofa didn't fit and the foam in the armchair hadn't been replaced. I sent the pieces back for repair. The armchair came back with more foam but after a month the cushions came back with very little improvement. I'm not sure he even repaired some. He says he is very busy with other jobs, but that is not my problem. He has already been paid for this job. The ottoman cushion is sewn on crooked as well. I have contacted him again with no response so I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will proceed with Small Claims Court.

We paid approx $2500.00 to have LED lights installed on our house about a year ago. Since then we have called several times as the manual they gave us is useless, and we have 2 cells not working. We are SUPPOSED to have a 5 year warranty, but what's the point if they won't answer the phone! I would not recommend anyone use this company.

I made the horrible mistake of ordering shutters and blinds from Lesley Faulds, Calgary Wholesale Blinds. I have never seen service so unprofessional. Once her product is installed, and she has your credit card, she simply will not return calls or emails on service issues. We had the same blind installed 3 times over a period of nearly 2 years, due to an INSTALLATION issue from the beginning. Then I realized she had overcharged my VISA by at least $1000.00 and it took her 4 months to pull her paperwork, and write me a cheque - which was then STALEDATED. Not once did she apologize, but instead told me to pick the cheque up from her mailbox. People in business, know whether their books balance at the end of the month - don't they? I have to wonder how often this happens and the clients don't notice it. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and have a lawyer threaten legal action, to give this matter any attention. She has at least 8 claims with the BBB and an "F" rating. There are lots of reputable businesses to deal with, I do not believe this is one of them!

We are extremely disappointed in our very expensive flooring. We had serious problems from beginning to end and wished we have never dealt there. Don't walk away from their store - RUN!!!
