A light and few wall outlets in a room stopped working. Nothing was tripped so decide to look for a pro to help as I am no expert to electricity and want to ensure it is not a fire hazard for safety purpose. Since it was a Sunday, no one responded back to me except for Mo from 24/7 Electrical Service. He was very nice to talk to over the phone and explain clearly the initial cost over the phone. I was so glad that he came out few hours later on the same day I called him. Not only did he fix the issue, he also gave me a lot of good tips around what to look for that can be a safety issue. He also fixed another wall outlet that has not been working in the kitchen free of charge for me! Mo, I totally appreciate the work you have done and make yourself available at the time a customer needs you! Thank you very much, you will be my electrician from now on!

I heard a big pop 2 days ago and knew it was the air cond that went. My sister used Cozy and said they did a great job for her few years ago so I decided to call to see if someone can come ASAP as I have an aging mother with me and hard for her to tolerate the heat. Boris contacted me a short while later and he said someone will come the next day to replace both the air cond and the furnace since both are pretty old anyway. Kam and Valy came early and was able to complete the job in no more than 6 hours. Everything was cleaned up and they were careful also especially with the covid 19 situation. I am so glad that I have Cozy World did the job, the price is totally reasonable. I will certainly recommend this company to anyone and now Cozy will be in my directory as a go to with anything relating to furnace and air cond! Water is leaking in between the bricks and the wall of my house causing the bricks to chip. Even though the bricks were replaced at the bottom of my bay window, the problem still exist as some part of the woods of my bay window were rotting. I called a few companies and most of them will not do vinyl siding until I found Russell from Home Exterior Aluminum. Russell and crew came on site the same day I contacted him and explained what can be done to my Bay window to fix the problem and will have no problem cover the woods with Vinyl sidings. Russell and crew came on site on the agreed date, did an excellent job. I now have a beautiful and worry free bay window. They also added an eavestrough and downspout to take the water away. I love the look and the workmanship! Russell and crew were very polite, they clean up the site completely after. I am very happy to have contacted them from the review I read from homestar. I will definitively recommend them to anyone. Thank you Russell and crew!

I looked through the reviews from home stars, found Dominic and decide to call him as I have been unsuccessful in the past to find a masonry to come help with they consider a small job. To my surprise, Dominic was so helpful when I explain my proble to him and he provided me cheaper options but I insist that I needed his service. Dominic was on time, polite, friendly and very detail. He explained in details where the problem is and what I should do to prevent future problems. Not only did he complete the work he agrees to do, he even go out of his way to fill other gaps he sees between other bricks for free and clean everything up after. I have now told all my friends about him and I will call for his service for sure if I need any work done with my bricks, stones, foundations....etc. Thank you for a job well done Dominic!

I tried replacing the fill valve from one of the toilet but after the replacement, water was leaking at the base of the water supply. Too tired to try figuring what is wrong. I looked up Home stars to find professional help. Called up John and he said he can be onsite the next day. Although John was held up at another site longer than he should, he came to fix up all my toilets in no time. What takes me few hours to replace, it took him 15 minutes! John is very polite and professional and I will recommend to to anyone. Thanks John!

My furnace was not starting, got a referral from a friend but this referral was a rip off. Let alone he was rude, he did not actually fix anything after coming back a few times and said my furnace is a piece of junk that I should replace. After the nightmare, I looked up HomeStars and found Len. Len is very polite and promise me that he is a very honest man ? Len came and fix my furnace right away and said my furnace is still in good shape. My husband told me when he left, he heard some noise and turned back to look at the furnace. He decided to push it back in place and now it is nice and quiet. Thank you Len and my furnace is still working keeping my mom and us nice and warm! Merry Christmas ?

Called Tommy and he came the same day. Replaced my old opener with a new one which is much more quiet than he old. He also came back days later to install the outside key pad for me and provide it for free, on top of that, he added two blocks of wood on both sides to stablize the sensors so they do not ever move. What a guy!

Notice the fridge is not cold like room temperature. Looked up Homestars to look for a reliable company to repair the fridge. Found Pro Appliance and called. Matthew called me back in a few hours and arrived in about 20 mins. Fix the fridge, replace the defrost timer and sensor. Matthew was very nice and the fridge was fixed within the hour. Hope the fridge will last for another few years.
