Alpha Pro painted almost our entire main floor and about half of our second floor. From the initial quote/assessment process with Pat to the painting team (Benny, Sarah, and Steve) and the wallpaper team (Sandro and his team), we had a great experience overall. Notably Benny and his team were phenomenal - they were quick but careful and were more than happy to answer questions and do minor touch-ups we noticed as the project went on. From a cost perspective, Alpha Pro came in right where we were expecting and the quote was much more reasonable than some other quotes we received. We'll definitely consider Alpha Pro for our next painting project.

We used Monarch to install some cabinets around our family room fireplace and install tile on the fireplace and up the wall behind. We worked with Chantal to go through an extensive design process; Chantal was great to work with and was very helpful in settling on our final design despite our very detailed questions. The cabinets took approximately 8 weeks to be delivered, well within the estimate provided. The installation process (done by Randy) was generally smooth and clean. He always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day. While there was a hiccup with the order itself (we had ordered doors on the cabinets and they were delivered with drawers), Monarch immediately rectified the error and ordered the proper doors for us. They were delivered and installed within a very reasonable time frame. Overall, the work was very well done and we are very pleased with the final product.

Joe and Tibo did a great job with the sealing process. Joe explained what they were doing and generally how it worked to seal the ducts. They provided a report after completion showing the starting and ending leakage amounts. Since having our ducts sealed, we've noticed significantly higher air flow and the furnace and AC don't have to work so hard for so long. Our bedrooms are a consistent temperature throughout the year and don't flip flop based on the weather. Overall this was a great investment and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
