10 yr customer ignored in Old Toronto

A customer for over 10 years. Some inconsistent service over the years but after this past Monday’s snow storm it’s been 4 days and there’s been service to our property. I’ve called 8 times and left messages, no one has returned my call to explain why our project hadn’t been cleared. Garages and tenants cars blocked for 4 days. Sidewalks and driveway not touched and we have heard nothing from the company. I was wondering if they went under and we had been ripped off, but finally 4 days later they showed. Still no communication back to us though. Not a peep
