Excellent and professional response! Sean was very helpful and came to the unit to take a look at the fancoil unit the same day. Great diagnosis skill and advice. Located parts and informed me the next day they are on backorder. Excellent communication, customer service skills and very friendly and tried to save me money by telling me I should wait as the problem isn't happening again. Will contact Sean about the issue if it surfaces again and when it's time to replace the part.

This is the third time I have used Zaid's moving service and like always, Zaid and his crew were on time and dealt with some unexpected snags (due to my condo messing up the time slot) in a very professional manner. They moved the condo contents to my new place in minimum possible time and the service was A Class as usual. No breakage, no problems, moved about 25 boxes of books from storage to storage without a problem as well. I have recommended Zaid to my friends and have used them exclusively for all my moves (3) since 2007. It seems kind of odd to give 10 stars to a service these days, but I think Zaid and his crew duly deserve this rating. Many thanks!
