Excellent and professional response! Sean was very helpful and came to the unit to take a look at the fancoil unit the same day. Great diagnosis skill and advice. Located parts and informed me the next day they are on backorder. Excellent communication, customer service skills and very friendly and tried to save me money by telling me I should wait as the problem isn't happening again. Will contact Sean about the issue if it surfaces again and when it's time to replace the part.
