Hamid was excellent to work on my extensive home renovation project. I removed walls, changed load bearing beams, enlarged 4 windows and created a legal second unit dwelling (basement apartment). It took 3 months to finalize my drawings. Hamid was patient throughout the entire process. He revised the drawings multiple times for me and visited our property on two separate occasions after the measurements to confirm if walls were load bearing once they were exposed and to confirm if our contractors completed the work following the drawings before our inspection. The city approved our drawings within 2 weeks and we passed inspection on the first visit. The building inspector mentioned the detail of Hamid’s drawings was unusual for an engineer and normally seen in architecture drawings.
