Vesta recommended John to install our Vesta range hood. John brings his 15 year old daughter to drill a hole into our house and wants to charge more than the agreed upon price. When we dont agree, he tells us to call Vesta to fix the damage. Vesta tells us its not their problem. Strongly encourage rethinking any company that takes no accountability for their actions and/or associates.
