We had interviewed two other contrators, and eventually we signed on with "Built By Pros" because they made us feel very confortable. Ricardo and Susan presented themself, with a high sense of profesionalism, listened to our needs and wants, gave us their input as they walked us through step by step. At the end they presented us with a proposal that fitted our buget and we got what we wanted. The work was completed within the time promised. Many thanks to Ricardo and Susan A job well done
