The entire process went flawless; The scope of the job was explained prior to starting. The contractors/workers were a pleasure to work with (clean, courteous and extremely polite). The work area was cleaned up at the end of the job. The finished work exceeded our expectations. If I had to rate the overall process and job out of 100 I would give them a 99.
