We lost power for 5 days during the Christmas holidays. I called Quick fast the very first day and spoke to a very knowledgable person named Dave, he arrived promptly and informed me on what to do to prevent major problems by pointing out what should be shut off and drained etc.. I took his advice and saved hundreds of dollars! On the other hand I hear that my Neighbours friend tried to fix the problems on his own which resulted in pipes bursting and causing major damage.
