Demolish old house and build new house on the same site. Project took eight and a half months to Final Occupancy permit. Work progress was steady once the project was started. The contractor kept in contact and was available and responsive to requests from myself as the owner. Changes were suggested by the contractor to improve the design and outlook of the house during construction. Any deficiencies after move-in were promptly addressed by the contractor. The final result was a house that blended in with the existing neighborhood. Many compliments were received by the neighbors for the appearance of the finished project.
