I was referred to Nick after my AC died and my furnace was about 20 years old. He discussed options and was not at all pushy. He recommended the company to do the home audit to get the various rebates. The auditor was prompt in doing that and once I confirmed the order with Nick - he and Matt were on site in 2 days. They were both very pleasant to have around and did a great job. My mechanical space is now cleaner and neater than it has been in years. Electrician Drew who they brought in for the electrical work was also great. The new system is amazing. While the old system sounded like a747 taking off, I can only hear the new system if I stand next to the indoor or outdoor sections. The overall effectiveness during the hot weather is amazing. The temperature is much more balanced on all floors and the airflow through the ducts is very gentle. House is more comfortable with 2 degrees less cooling than before. Now I am just waiting to see what happens to my hydro bills. My Enercare/Enbridge bill will drop to $0 (those services are now all discontinued I would absolutely recommend Nick and his team

When we wanted to re-tile our entrance hallway - we had several quotes. Nancy was by far the most reasonable and did an outstanding job. Her work is of excellent quality and when she said she would be there to work - she was. This was a difficult project as the new tiles had to match tiles laid about 5 years ago in the kitchen. Differing floor levels also had to be matched. If you look at the floor now you would not think that this was 2 separate jobs done 5 years apart. Extremely satisfied and am planning on hiring Nancy for other DIY projects that I do not have the time to do

I have been using the services of Mike Aviv from Aviv plumbing for about 12 years now. He is always on time. Does an excellent job at a fair and reasonable price and offers excellent advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services of any kind
