We purchased a $5000+ patio set just over a year ago and already have an issue with it. The product has a 5 year warranty so we contacted the company to have it services but receive an email from then that simply says "After careful evaluation, this is not covered under warranty." We've been trying for over 3 weeks to get an explanation as to why it is not covered under warranty but there are no response from the company. The product we purchase was of subpar quality and customer service is the worst.

Caco and Jahmiah from Air Force Duct Cleaning were professional, efficient, thorough and friendly in cleaning our two HVAC. I fully recommend them.
