Definitely would recommend these guys. I booked at the beginning of the busiest season and it was a six week wait time; so I wrote in my comments when I did my deposit that I would work around a cancellation if they needed someone at the last minute (I work from home so this is an option for me) and after about 2 weeks, voila, I got a call that someone had cancelled and had my ducts cleaned 4 weeks early. Super professional, incredibly nice, no up-sells or any other garbage that you typically have to deal with; just came on time, did the job they agreed to do, taught me a bit about the process and their green cleaning choices and then went off to their next job. Definitely will use these guys again when we move.

After being very satisfied with the products and installation I ran into an issue with one of the blinds installed in our kitchen after about a year of use as it started to tear along the edge from rubbing due to being slightly off level. I contacted Ryan to make him aware of this and requested a warranty replacement (or fix) and had some issues with his immediate lack of responsibility and emotional response to my concerns. However, after having a chance to digest it seems, Ryan did ultimately come back to us and make an offer to make it right taking full accountability for his solution, apologising for his earlier frustration and ultimately replaced the blind at no cost ensuring he stood behind the quality of his products and the service of his installation. For the replacement itself, the installer that we dealt with, Georgio, came to pick up the blind and then replaced it with a brand new, perfectly matched blind within a couple of days (very quick considering this was over a weekend). Special credit to Georgio who was exceptionally pleasant to deal with, courteous about removing his shoes, smiled the whole time he was here and despite it being an uncomfortable situation still managed to make it very comfortable to work with him! Thank you Georgio, we would certainly recommend Allure after all the extra effort; you certainly made it right!

After reading all of the positive reviews for Ross I thought to myself, either this guy is really great at what he does, or this guy has hired one heck of a great creative writer to pad his results! Scepticism aside I called Ross to find out for myself. It was the former and with the job now complete we couldn't be happier with the results! Ross came down same-day to do air samples and assess the mold issues in our basement (the mold in our newly purchased home's basement was so thick and slimy it was a no-brainer that we needed the work done so our process was more to understand the quality, cost and guarantees of the work that would be done than to determine if we had a mold issue). Ross provided great information on how mold works, the concerns associated with it and how to identify the root cause to avoid it in the future; and contrary to what most of these guys will tell you about how mold will kidnap your children and bake them into pies to scare you into jobs you can do yourself or don't actually need, Ross alleviated our concerns by explaining how mold moves throughout the house and how we could avoid the mold in the interim; he also explained a few great ways to cheaply and easily (and eco-friendly!) get rid of several different types of mold that are commonly found in old homes so we didn't have to worry in the future. Way above and beyond. As for the work, the job started a few days later and was scheduled for 3 days (a total gut job of the saturated basement was necessary before we moved in because the mold was well into the walls in addition to the entire sub floor; even in the floor joists above...brutal!). I explained to Ross my need to have it done in two days to meet other contractor obligations and his crew stayed for over 12 hours straight on the second day to make it happen. The job finished ahead of schedule, under cost and looks great. Ross was also highly flexible on payment options, understanding we just moved into a new home and that came with plenty of extra cost, and he even called a few days after to follow up and ensure that we were still happy with the work and feeling better about the quality of the home. To top it all off, the second day of work was his birthday and with guests at the house in the evening he was still on the phone with me checking in; no kidding! Use this company; you will not regret it.
