Yuri was untruthful about the products. We had a very exspensive door installed and it looks terrible and when we called to have it fixed Yuri told his manager we toured the factory and that we picked that type of door which is completely un-true. He also said we were showed pictures of real doors and all we ever saw was a book of retail doors. Yuri goes on and on about how he is not a salesman and how we are the neighbourhood show home (A bunch of salesman crap) blah blah speil. We have never been there and they will do nothing in regards to their customer service. We are now stuck with a really exspensive crappy looking door. I would recommend nobody use them and be ware they have 9 window and door companies all at the same location under different names. DO THE RESEARCH ON THE WEB AND DON'T USE THEM. TERRIBLE.
