An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I absolutely love my new windows that were installed last week. From the first night I noticed how much warmer and quieter it is. I should have done this much sooner. Everyone I have met through the process has been great and made the whole experience less stressful than I thought it would be. Kevin, Andrew and Kevin did a great job on the installation and clean up (I also noticed they kept the work site organized and safe).
