Eric’s concrete recently completed a major job on our 1912 home by waterproofing our very leaky foundation and basement. Our home is on bedrock and was built in 1912, so I knew this would be a very challenging job. We met with many companies before deciding on Eric’s Concrete. They were honestly the most expensive company we met with, but since we first met with Scott Bullen to discuss our needs I felt completely confident that their company would do the best job. The company far exceeded my expectations in terms of the actual work they did on our foundation and the team. The whole team and crew were very professional, friendly and worked extremely hard in multiple steps to ensure our basement will be dry. Even our neighbours commented on and appreciated their professionalism and care to their properties. Since day 1 I had confidence in this company and now that the job is done I am extremely happy that I decided on Eric’s Concrete and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their foundation.

We recently required some unexpected repair and replacement work done for our eavestroughs and fascia. Alex from Kovar Contracting came out the day after I called them to give us a quote and had the work done before a couple of companies even returned my call. He went beyond our expectations providing excellent work. He was friendly, helpful and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend him. They also came up the least expensive of the 3 quotes provided to us by other companies. Thank you!
