I had "issues." I called in the afternoon, scheduled an appointment the next day already good news. John called when he was on his way, arrived on time. In 1 hour, he diagnosed and fixed two dryers, diagnosed and ordered a part for the washer (which he installed as soon as it came in a couple of days), diagnosed and priced a repair for a stove. The prices were excellent. The repairs are great. The customer service is Blue Ribbon level. He cleans up after himself, works efficiently, and knows his craft. Looks you in the eye when he talks to you.
