Our AC is over 20 years old, so we decided to get a new one. However our basement has a crawling space, which makes the installation very difficult besides a special coil had to be ordered and some tubes needed to changed due to the original system. United Home Services sent in a technician to check the AC System and working condition just two days after my initial call. One week later, the new AC was installed. Two technicians worked in the crawling space from 10:30am to 5pm. They were very patient and professional. We were very happy about their services. I would highly recommend this company.

Our house temperature does not go down though the AC has been running for a few days. Sam arrived within 20 mins after my call. He checked machine, the furnace, the outlets, and he found out a big problem which is there is no returner in my house. Contractor covered the returner when they did the renovation! Sam is very professional. He did not suggest me to waste my money on replacing the AC, he said the old AC is working fine, I just need a returner. I really appreciate Sam’s professionalism and honesty!

Our furnance stopped working at about 11:50pm. I did google search, read many reviews, and decided to call Climax Air Conditioning. The next day I left msg to this company at about 7:45 am, Sam called me back at 8am.I told him our house was old, we need to get a new furnace. He arrived at my house in 45 minutes. He checked the furnace and told me the furnace was 3-year new. We don’t have to get a new furnance, we just need a new part. Sam got our furnance fixed in just a few minutes. Sam is such a highly efficient and honest and experienced professional. I would recommend him to whoever has a trouble with their heating and cooling system.
