Apparently this fridge could not handle the heat and humidity in the summer of 2020. Peter came as scheduled and replaced the defrost sensor quickly and safely. Job was completed early October. Costs were within reason. Only issue was waiting for the part from USA which took a month. Refrigerator still works and we’re so glad Peter fixed it even after multiple attempts at manually defrosting. We would use Peter again when that time comes again.

Evan was very prompt on the initial quoting stage. We felt his costs are reasonable and affordable. He's a very knowledgeable person on home renovations. Evan, Daniel and crew worked very quickly to do the job. I'm satisfied with the demolition work but wished there was a better way to prevent dust from escaping the work-site and into other rooms. During the renovations Evan did help us understand some of the work being done. He was very responsive when asked to make some major and minor changes. He accommodated most of our requests with the agreed additional costs associated with the changes. He did his best to make sure we we're on schedule despite some of the hurdles of waiting for the cabinetry to arrive. Note the cabinetry wasn't late but we wanted to make sure everything fit correctly. Overall I would consider hiring Evan and his team to do the next renovation project. We're very happy with our new kitchen. Thank you Jiang team!
