I found Brae on Kijiji and sent him a text. He was very quick to respond and we booked a service appointment for my furnace for a few days later. Unfortunately, the issues with my furnace were too severe and the unit needed replacing. As this was an unexpected cost, I was concerned about how I was going to pay. Brae was amazingly understanding toward my situation, never passed judgment and worked with me to make it financially manageable. In the end, I not only replaced my furnace, but I also had an air conditioning unit installed!
