He's obviously very good at what he does, but what set him apart is the fact that he's a great communicator - he kept in touch, took time to go over the work and options with our landlords, and kept us informed as things progressed.

Fuad took great care of our stacked top-loading Whirlpool brand washer/dryer. He delivered exactly as expected and his repair has lasted. His price was reasonable and we'd definitely call him again.
