Poor workmanship and will not own his mistakes.
Poor workmanship, we hired Todd to install several doors qnd a laundry sink, most were okay. However, he incorectly installed railings and a metal door, which we are in the process of having another contractor fix. He did lower the railings to the proper height, but left us to fix the damage on the walls from the 1st location. The metal door to the garage he left a 1.5" raise which is a major trip hazard and you can see sunlight coming through the crack in the bottom. He will not admit or try to fix this, simply walked away and left us to deal with his mess.

Client hired us to install interior doors, 1 screen door and a fire rated door to the garage as well as laundry tub and rails. As she mentioned the railing had to be adjusted down as the suggested height per the building code was not acceptable. Numerous times I offered to fill the holes but was told her husband would look after it and no worries. When we left this location all interior doors and storm doors where functionally properly. The garage door that was previously installed was not to fire code and did not have a threshold as the new fire rated doors are today. I suggested they give it some time to adjust to the new door. I received no text or emails until I requested payment for one door we did 6 weeks ago.
