Elite Appliance Service were responsive to our service request and most importantly stood by their work. Unfortunately, our repair required multiple visits, but this is at no fault to Elite but rather a poor quality Samsung product (microwave/wall oven combination). I mention this only to demonstrate the fact that Elite handled the claim to Samsung as far as they could, were helpful in getting me in touch with who I needed to at Samsung which ultimately resulted in Elite's return to fix the issue. A special call out to the Technical Supervisor Ryan who was responsive to my questions and kept me up to date on repair status. Also, to Melvin the Technician who facilitated the actual repair on-site. Thank you!

Doors and More was a great company to deal with from start to finish. They were quick to respond to phone calls and often times we ended up speaking directly with the owner (Frank). Everyone, was pleasant to deal with and took the time to answer our questions along the way. All in all, a great experience, we're very happy with the finished product it looks great.
