Jay & his crew did a very good job of re-building a mutual fence shared with a neighbour. We appreciate the solid foundation the new posts make - it's a damp location. Patio stones and a retaining wall that were moved to permit access were put back in place and are better positioned than before! Superficial clean-up was satisfactory though not excellent.

As for the clean up is concerned, thank you for bringing this to my attention. Although the downpour of rain had made the swale a bit of a mud pit, the clean up should have been completed at a level of excellence! In our industry, doing a thorough clean-up is very important and is part of our daily routine.
I apologize that the clean-up wasn't up to par. I only wish you would would have told me, I would have come over myself to take care of it.

I had attempted to replace the flappers in two of our toilets but quickly got bogged down. I gave up and called Cirton. Mike came later the same morning. I had the wrong parts, but Mike had the correct ones on his van and quickly and efficiently made the necessary repairs.

I found Persian Rug specialists about 7 years ago. They have done a great job of washing my carpets and at a reasonable price. I would like to shop there too.
Peter returned my call promptly, made and appointment and in a few days arrived to repair the dryer. Unfortunately after a few days one of the parts he installed proved to be faulty, making it necessary for him to come a second time and replace the part at no more cost to me. This he did cheerfully.
