Rick did a first rate job of unblocking a badly clogged drain and replacing cracked and leaking pipes. I was especially pleased that Rick took time to explain the reasons that drains get clogged and a few simple preventative measures we can take to avoid similar problems in future.

We had our old kitchen cabinets repainted by Royal Home Painters. Everyone working on the project was professional, courteous and respectful of our home. The kitchen doors were removed and taken off-site to be spray-painted. The stationary components were painted and then the doors were replaced. The finished job looked splendid, however there were a number of small issues with the replacement of the doors. The owner of the company came by in person to see for himself. The next day he sent people to our house to remedy the defects. We are extremely satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent job installing a new ceiling fan in my bedroom. They also did several other small electrical jobs around the house. They have worked for me on several ocassionas and I highly recommend their services.

I needed pipes replaced for a new furnace and water heater. Binaj opened up the drywall in the ceiling from the furnace room to the back of the house. After the pipes were installed, Binaj came back. They restored the drywall, painted the ceiling and affected walls, and cleaned up all debris.

I was having issues with leaks from my flat roof and from an upper floor walkout balcony. Jamie identified the problems and his team performed the required repairs. We have got through the winter with no leaks, so the problems have been correctly identified and resolved. I appreciated the team's efforts to minimize disruption to my neighbours while the work was in progress.
