I had a new Lennox AC installed by Sharpline. After getting many quotes, they were one of the best overall. Installation crew (Tony and Dre) were top notch. Prompt arrival, clean and meticulous work. They also replaced my copper pipes from scratch whereas other companies were quoting me with a flush only. All in all, would highly recommend this company. AC working great so far- hopefully I dont run into issues but keeping fingers crossed. I was also given extended 10 year warranty on parts which is great.

We had been hearing noises from our attic. I suspected it was squirrels. Somehow they were getting in through a small hole in the roof. Gates sent in Pete (who was extremely professional and legit), did an inspection and diagnosed the issue quickly. One way exit installed and in a couple days he returned to make sure no new squirrels were going in. He made sure to close all potential access points really well. I was very satisfied with the results and so far - no new visits from squirrels. There is a 1 year warranty which is nice to have. I also installed some metal screens around vents which was at an additional cost. The whole thing cost a bit more than I was expecting but for the service and professionalism, I think it’s worth it! Great job!
