Needed a hard top canopy over my back door due too 4’ of snow always landing in front of The door. Made several calls to other places some wouldn’t come out to give me an estimate, some said project was too small for them( too small meaning the job wouldn’t net their company $10,000.00 plus. Craft Built was the best to hire they were fast courteous and flawless. Totally professional. Would definitely recommend Craft Built and would hire again in the future.

These people are not PRO’s it will cost me more money to fix the nightmare that they have Built.The stairs are at the wrong angle and the stairs aren’t the same sizes. I have asked them to fix and they refused tried to say that they have to be this way( basically calling me stupid). I have 1 broken stringer and 1 post that was cut too short which they tried to hide with post cover. People do yourself’s a favour and don’t hire GTA Pro contracting. One of the owners was more concerned about his own renovation and didn’t care about the contracted jobs they have. I’ve paid them just because I didn’t want a lean against my home. These are NOT PRO’s at all. And I’ve still have the wood garbage here for three weeks now witch they were to be picked up. I never had a pro on site at all. All their good reviews are from family and friends only. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS and choose someone else. So Upset and disgusted with Mitch and his lack caring only concerned about the all mighty Buck. No customer service only lip service. Jason should go to school to be a carpenter cause a carpenter would not have done so many errors with deck and stairs.
