When the time came to install our system, it was done quickly and under budget. In fact, Steve the installing technician, refused to leave my house until the system was perfectly tweaked, tested, and triple-verified. The Pre-Lock team are always available and ready to answer my questions (and I had many). The result is a user-friendly security system that works as expected. No surprises.

Manual, from Java promptly came by to look at the area and provided an accurate estimate while keeping my budget in mind. Communication was exceptional.
