We first engaged with Andrei at Sosna in January 2020 to discuss the basement, then asked about the main floor. He listened to our concerns and pushed back on many in order to make us focus and articulate exactly what we really needed and wanted. It was great to have that clarity and redirection. Andrei recommended that we arrange for the basement waterproofing ourselves to save money, and we decided that we would engage Sosna for the main floor. Then Covid hit and put a pause on life. In the fall of 2020 we were ready to re-engage and were connected with Olga, their designer. She worked with us many hours, many meetings, many questions, to guide us to a beautiful design. It was great to have her expertise because I'm not good at coming up with those ideas! Between our schedule needs, Covid lockdowns, and Sosna's availability, we were not able to start the construction phase until March 2, 2021. But boy, they really do not stop! They were here every day before 7, all the trades required were scheduled in exactly, and the work was completed by the end of April (ahead of their original estimate). Sergey, the site manager, greeted me every morning with a smile as I left with our dog, and would often tell me what was planned for the day and answer any questions I had. Because they plan so well in the design stage, there were no hiccups, no pauses and very few decisions to be made. There were just a couple minor unforeseeable issues that arose and we were presented with the problem and possible solutions. These did not delay the project at all as they were able to continue with other areas in the meantime. We are thrilled with our new bright open space and I have been hyping Sosna to anyone who will listen, stopping people I see taking info brochures from the signpost on my lawn. I can't say enough about our experience working with Sosna and the results.

I arranged for Yevhen to install a new dishwasher and cabinet ventilation hood after a kitchen reno. He came early, evaluated the work area and got right to work. I initially didn't ask for him to install the fridge due to miscommunication with the appliance sales person around the water line, but then realized I'd need his help for that as well and added that work on last minute. (I hope I didn't screw up your schedule that day, Yevhen!). He was fast and efficient and tested everything, and showed me the setup and shutoff of the water connections for the fridge and dishwasher. Would absolutely recommend!

The quote was very fair and professionally presented. We discussed incorporating two existing rain barrels. The guys who came to do the work were cheerful and professional, cleaned everything up when they were done. After they left I noticed an issue with one rain barrel and requested an adjustment. I also asked for advice related to the other rain barrel (this was not related to the Century install). Gary had the guy come and make both changes for me the next day. Nice surprise and awesome service. Made a huge difference in the look of our home and we are getting a lot of compliments from neighbours.
